Australia’s leading sporting goods specialist retailer, helping Australians chase their sporting dreams and passions. As a Digital Designer I am responsible for:

  • Bringing campaigns, product launches and brands to life through online, email, social and in-store screens

  • Presenting original concepts to the Brand & Creative team and key business stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products and keeping an eye on new tools and trends

  • Maximising creative impact through graphic design, animation, UX/UI and html coding

  • Utilising analytic data and testing to maximise engagement and results

  • Liaising with multiple teams and departments to ensure all current and future business needs are met

As a senior member of the in-house Brand & Creative Team I collaborate with junior and freelance designers by providing feedback and motivation to ensure high standards are achieved. This includes allocating capacities, briefing creative executions and leading “Lunch & Learn” sessions to facilitate upskilling and development.

In 2022 I was a key stakeholder in the complete redesign of the company website through stages of ideation, concepting, testing and building. This redesign is continually evolving due to significant improvement in online metrics.

Established in 2001 as a communications agency, AMBA has evolved into a marketing & creative agency with a wide range of clients from property and retail to tech and entertainment.
